Platinum hill Contracting helped us out big time to replace our wood deck around our above ground pool. Our deck was damaged from the ice storm and insurance only offered to pay a small amount for a repair after sending their contractors to inspect. We had Platinum Hill give us a second opinion and not only did find structural damage beyond repair but they also dealt with our insurance company. They had our insurance agree to pay for the full price of a new deck. We did not have to pay out of our own pockets. We are extremely happy with our new beautiful wood deck. The stairs feel stronger than our previous deck and the gate they built matches the look of our wood railings. We love it. Top notch craftsmanship and very professional crew. Due to ice storm in February both my wooden and chainlink fences were severely damaged. I had the pleasure of meeting Vince who replace both lines this past week (hold up was at insurance company end). Vince advised timeline and held to it. He suggested improvements or changes and I can’t say enough about both his work and attitude. I would recommend him to anyone. Thank you Vince for making this process as painless as possible. We had Vince and his team in to build a new deck for us at our home in Horseshoe Valley. From the first quote to the finishing touches, he and the team were great to deal with. Vince stepped us through various options for different budgets to accommodate at the layout we wanted. They ended up installing a Trex Composite deck, and we are thrilled with the results. Vince and his team did an excellent job on my deck with waterproof storage underneath I am very happy with their skills and work ethics . I met Vince and his team few years ago when I wanted to do a deck for my cottage and now I wanted to change my deck for our new house . I told him what I wanted and he planned it and started working on it. I found him to be honest and not only to finish the work on time but he pays attention to details . He did his research on what to do land do it right that will stand the test of time. The work he did years ago is still in excellent condition.
